The scheme consisted of the construction of two office blocks in Newton Abbot totalling 2500m². Both buildings were three storeys high, steel framed and included concrete plank floors. Brick faced cavity walls were broken up with cladding panels and were supported on RC ground beams and piled foundations. Extensive re-routing of sewers had to be undertaken before works could commence.
