Both buildings have been converted for commercial use. The waterside building was just a ruin with barely four walls and was converted in to 160m² of ground floor workshop with 105m² of first floor offices. The works involved extensive areas of stonework conservation. The Byre was originally a cow byre and has now been completed to become 145m² of offices with a further 100m² of mezzanine.
