This multi phased development includes an extension to the ballroom and restaurant, new pool and an additional storey on the existing building providing further accommodation. The new structures are steel frame with precast concrete floors and glass and flat metal cladding panels forming the walls.

The large outdoor swimming pool complex is completed and includes a dining area, and associated facilities, under a canopy structure.
