Hannaford's Landing is on a waterside site in Salcombe, South Devon. The former derelict boat stores have been redeveloped into a multi use development including workshops, retail, restaurant and office accomodation. The structure is a portalised steel frame with prestressed concrete floors and piled foundations. The new concrete slipways have specially designed mix high grade concrete for the agressive exposure conditions.
