| Principally, this building is comprised
of a seven storey structure with shops and parking on
the ground floor. A reinforced concrete first floor transfer
deck supports a steel frame above for the 41 flats. A
metal frame system was used for the external and internal
walls with render, stone, timber and glass used as external
facings. |
