This development consisted of three primary
buildings providing two houses and fifteen apartments.
Two of the buildings were set into the hillside adjacent
to Allenhayes Road. This created up to 8m high retaining
walls at the back of the properties supporting a highway.
Generally, the construction was load-bearing masonry
and steel frame over the car parking, supporting precast
concrete floors
