The old City Hospital site in Truro has been redeveloped into 187 residential  units. The structural engineering works have been diverse, including sensitive repair works to the Grade II Listed Infirmary building and 'Lepers Wall', combined with the construction of a 70 space undercroft car park and transfer deck as well as extensive sub and superstructure design for new blocks of flats and houses.
