| This project includes three separate sites
for housing, from luxury 5-bed detached to affordable
housing, totalling 113 units. The estate designs needed
to be sensitive and allow for minimal impact on the ancient
hedge banks. All the sites required a design for Sustainable
Urban Drainage Systems, which included the use of ponds
and swales to prevent flooding of local watercourses. |
