Phase 1 of this project was a new sports
hall, changing facilities and library. Phase 2 included a theatre and performing-arts
facilities. The principal buildings are steel framed,
with Westok roof beams and fairface and reinforced brick
clad walls. Phase 3 included fourteen new classrooms linking Phases 1 and 2.
