Paul Carpenter Associates is a Chartered Civil and Structural Engineering and Surveying practice established in 1979. The company has built up an outstanding reputation and aims to provide clients with a considered and professional service. Our current staff includes nine engineers, three engineering surveyors, six technicians and five administrative personnel.

The Practice is experienced in design projects ranging from domestic conversions to multi-million pound commercial, industrial and residential developments. These works have involved expertise in all facets of the firm including civil, structural and conservation engineering and surveying. The firm exercises a sympathetic and pragmatic approach when dealing with old and often listed buildings. In addition, PCA is also conversant with today's advanced design and construction techniques required for modern structures and buildings.

The company also offers a CDM Coordinator's service under the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2007 and a Party Wall Surveyor's service. Our offices are fully equipped with up to date networked computers, plotting and printing hardware together with the latest analysis design software. The projects undertaken by the company are predominantly in the British Isles but have also included work in Europe and America.
